Veggie Song, The

I became a vegetarian in 1973, when I had a passion to learn to meditate, and I learned that it helps to meditate if you are eating a vegetarian diet. A pamphlet entitled “The Spiritual Aspecs of the Vegetarian Diet,” by Kirpal Singh, also touched me deeply, especially the line: “The animals are our younger brothers and sisters in God. It is our duty to love and protect them.”
